What Frequencee is

On EUR/USD both editions behave exactly the same. Elite is worth it if you want Gold as a second market, or if you need more than 5 accounts.
How it trades
It does not predict direction. It opens both sides, keeps the winner, and works the loser back — with a hard limit on every layer.
1 · It opens both directions
The system places a buy and a sell at the same time, in small sizes, and closes each one at a tight target. Whichever way the market moves, one side is working.
2 · It works the losing side back
When one side goes against the account, the system adds measured positions at fixed distances and closes that basket as a whole once it is back in profit. It never averages into a violent trend: a trend guard pauses the grid while momentum is hot.
3 · It knows when to stop
Four risk states, from green to red. As drawdown grows, it slows down, widens its grid, then stops taking new risk and only manages what is open. A basket that goes too far is cut on purpose instead of being carried.
It sizes itself to your account
No setfile to load, nothing to compute. The system reads your balance and allocates lots, limits and targets from it. Deposit or withdraw, and it re-allocates by itself — never while a basket is open.
It stops the day when the day is done
Once the day is up about 1.5% of the balance, it stops adding exposure and only manages what is open until tomorrow. It also stands aside around high-impact news and when the spread is abnormal.
Honest about the method. Working a losing basket back means drawdown is part of normal operation, and carries real tail risk. Every layer is capped — number of levels, lots, drawdown, daily loss — so the worst case is measurable, not hidden. It is not a guarantee.
What you need
Four things. Nothing to code, no indicator to buy, no signal to follow.
An MT5 account, hedging type
MetaTrader 5, not MT4, on a hedging account — the system holds a buy and a sell at once, which a netting account cannot do. Any broker works. Ask yours: “is my MT5 account hedging or netting?”
Capital that fits the market
EUR/USD from $250, $1,000 recommended. Gold from $5,000 — below that the broker's minimum lot is simply too big for the method, so Elite waits instead of trading it.
Something that stays on 24/5
MetaTrader has to stay open to manage what it opened. A VPS is the reliable answer; your own computer works if it never sleeps. The phone app cannot run it.
Three clicks in MT5, once
Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → allow web requests for https://frequenceeai.com. That is how your license is checked. Skip it and the bot loads but takes no trade, and says so on the panel.

You create your license key
In Sunny, tap My keys: enter your MT5 account number and your broker server, and your key appears. One key per account.

You install it and paste the key
Copy the file into MQL5 → Experts, drop it on an M5 chart, tick Allow Algo Trading, paste the key into LicenseKey, and allow the web request. The panel appears on the chart. See the illustrated guide, step by step →

It runs
The panel shows the status, today's realised profit, open positions and the risk used. From there, leave it alone and look at it once a day.

Open the data folder
MetaTrader keeps its files in a hidden folder, and it opens that folder for you. In MetaTrader 5: menu File → Open Data Folder. A normal file window opens.

Copy the file into MQL5 → Experts
In the window that just opened, go into MQL5, then Experts, and paste your .ex5 file there. Not Indicators, not Scripts, not Files.

Right folder: MQL5 → Experts.
On Mac, if MetaTrader runs through PlayOnMac or Wine, “Open Data Folder” still opens the right place. If the menu does nothing, drag the file onto the MetaTrader window instead, then continue at step 3.

Refresh the list in MetaTrader
Back in MetaTrader, in the Navigator panel on the left (Ctrl+N if you don't see it), right-click Expert Advisors and choose Refresh. Frequencee appears in the list.

Nothing appears? The file is in the wrong folder, or it is still a .mq5 instead of .ex5.

Allow the license check (WebRequest)
Frequencee checks your license with our server when it starts and once in a while after that. MetaTrader blocks every outside address unless you add it to its own list. You do this once per MetaTrader installation.
Menu Tools → Options → Expert Advisors. Tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL, type https://frequenceeai.com, press Enter so it lands in the list, then OK.

Skip this and it will not trade. It loads, the panel appears, and the status stays blocked on a license message — because the check cannot reach the server. Nothing is lost: add the address, remove it from the chart, drop it again. On a VPS, do it again — the list belongs to the MetaTrader installation, not to your account.

Open the right chart
One chart, timeframe M5. Core: EURUSD M5. Elite: EURUSD M5, plus a second XAUUSD M5 chart if your balance is $5,000 or more. Your broker may name them EURUSD.s, XAUUSD.m, GOLD — any of those work.

Drop Frequencee on the chart
Drag the name from the Navigator onto the chart — or double-click it, which attaches it to the chart in front. A settings window opens with two tabs: Common and Inputs.

Inputs tab: your license key, nothing else
Click Inputs. There is one field to fill — LicenseKey — and everything else stays on its default. The defaults are the tested setup: the system reads your balance and allocates the rest itself.
Paste the key exactly as generated: 22 characters in one block, no dashes, no space before or after. Copy and paste, never retype.

Only the license key is yours to fill. If your window shows odd values, right-click the list and choose Reset — MetaTrader kept the settings of an earlier load.
Two codes, don't mix them up. FRQ-ELITE-XXXXXX is your activation code — it goes to Sunny on Telegram, once, to generate a key. FQE49ZVKSA44ZLVL5NXFAK is the license key — that one goes into MetaTrader. Pasting the activation code into LicenseKey is refused.

Check that it is running
Three things tell you the install worked. First, the Algo Trading button in the top toolbar must be green — if it is grey or red, click it once. Second, the panel is on the chart. Third, the journal wrote its allocation.

That is the whole install. Now leave it alone: do not close positions by hand, and do not change settings while a basket is open.
Adding Gold (Elite)
Gold is a second chart, not a second setting. Check your balance is $5,000+, open a XAUUSD M5 chart, drag Frequencee Elite onto it — same Common tab, same defaults. The two charts run side by side on the same account; each one only touches its own symbol.
Under $5,000 the panel shows Idle and the line minimum $5,000 for gold. It starts by itself the day your balance reaches it.
Running 24 hours a day
The system must stay online to manage what it opened. A laptop that sleeps or loses wifi will miss exits.
VPS — recommended, and many brokers give one free above a certain balance. Your own PC — fine if it stays awake Monday to Friday. Phone — the MT5 app cannot run it; it is for watching only.
Updating to a new version
Wait until both sides show none on the panel, remove it from the chart, replace the .ex5 in MQL5 → Experts, refresh the Navigator and drop it again.
Never swap the file while a basket is open. Your license key and the WebRequest address do not change with a new version.

Working a basket back means the account spends time underwater before it recovers. If seeing a red equity curve for days would make you close positions by hand, this method is not for you.

Questions people ask
Do I need to know how to trade?
No. You need an MT5 account and the ability to follow the install guide. The system makes every trading decision itself.
Which broker should I use?
Any broker offering a hedging MT5 account. Tighter spreads help, but the system adapts its own spread ceiling to what your broker normally quotes.
Can I run it on a prop firm account?
Technically yes, and you can tell it to allocate on a fixed amount. Check your firm's rules on hedging, grids and holding overnight first.
How many accounts can I use?
Core comes with 5 keys, Elite with 10. One key is locked to one MT5 account number and one broker server. More keys are available in packs.
What if my internet or VPS goes down?
The bot keeps its license valid for 24 hours without reaching our server, and resumes managing positions as soon as MetaTrader is back. While MT5 is closed, nothing is managed — that is why a VPS matters.
Can I stop it whenever I want?
Yes. Remove it from the chart, or turn Algo Trading off. It is your account and your platform.
Do I pay again for updates?
No. Ask Sunny for the current file whenever you want; your key keeps working.
What do I do if something looks wrong?
Send Sunny a screenshot of the panel and the last lines of the Experts tab. That is almost always enough to answer in one message.
