Frequencee is a trading system for MetaTrader 5. You attach it to a chart, it trades your account on its own. Everything below takes you from the email you received to a bot that is live on your account — about fifteen minutes, no coding.

If the answer is netting, ask them to open a hedging account instead — it is free and takes minutes at any broker. Nothing else here depends on who your broker is.

On a netting account the system refuses to start. That is deliberate: on such an account the platform merges a buy and a sell into one position, which would break the way the system manages its basket. It is not a licence problem, and changing it costs you nothing.
How much to fund
The system sizes itself from the balance it sees. More balance does not mean bigger risk per trade — it means the exposure it is allowed to build is spread over a bigger account.

$250 minimum, $1,000 comfortable
Below $1,000 the broker's minimum lot becomes a big share of the account, so the swings feel bigger than they are. It runs, but it has less room.

Demo first is fine. Your key is tied to one account number — a demo account counts as one. If you want to try it on demo and then move to live, ask Sunny to release the key; it takes a minute and it is free.

The login number of the account the bot will trade, like 51234567. Not your Frequencee email, not your broker password — a password is never asked for, by Sunny or by anybody at Frequencee.
Your broker server
Exactly as MetaTrader writes it, like PUPrime-Demo or ICMarketsSC-Live12. Copy it, do not retype it.
Your key appears
22 characters. Copy it straight into MetaTrader at step 8 of the install. It is stored in your conversation — you can ask Sunny for it again any time.

How many keys do you have? Core comes with 5, Elite with 10 — one per MT5 account. Changed broker, or opened a new account? Ask Sunny to release the old key and generate a new one; it does not cost a key. If you genuinely need more accounts, extra keys are sold in packs on the keys page.

On Mac, if MetaTrader runs through PlayOnMac or Wine, Open Data Folder still opens the right place. If the menu item does nothing, drag the file onto the MetaTrader window instead and continue at step 3.
Refresh the Navigator
Back in MetaTrader, open the Navigator (Ctrl+N), right-click Expert Advisors and choose Refresh. Frequencee appears in the list.
Nothing appears? The file is in the wrong folder, or it is still a .mq5 instead of a .ex5. Check step 2 again.
Allow the licence check
Frequencee checks your licence with our server when it starts, and once in a while afterwards. MetaTrader blocks every outside address unless you add it to its own list. You do this once per MetaTrader installation.
Tools → Options → Expert Advisors: tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add this address, then press Enter so it lands in the list:

Skip this and it will not trade. It loads, the panel appears, and the status stays blocked on a licence message — the check simply cannot reach the server. Nothing is lost: add the address, remove the system from the chart, and drop it again.
On a VPS, do it again. This list belongs to the MetaTrader installation, not to your account: a new terminal, a new VPS or a reinstall starts with an empty list.

Drop Frequencee on the chart
Drag the name from the Navigator onto the chart, or double-click it to attach it to the chart in front. A settings window opens with two tabs that matter: Common and Inputs.

Do not confuse the two codes.FRQ-ELITE-XXXXXX is the activation code — it goes to Sunny on Telegram. FQE49ZVKSA44ZLVL5NXFAK is the licence key — that one goes here. Pasting the activation code into LicenseKey is refused.
If your window shows odd values — daily lock at false, positions per side at 0 — right-click inside the list and choose Reset: MetaTrader kept the settings of an earlier load. Then press OK.
Check that it is running
Three things tell you the install worked.
One — the Algo Trading button is green in the top toolbar. If it is grey or red, click it once. Without it, nothing trades.
Two — the panel is on the chart, with a smiley face at the top right of the chart. A sad face or a cross means Algo Trading is off. What every line means is in reading the panel.
Three — the journal wrote its allocation. Open Toolbox → Experts: the licence line comes first, then the calibration block — your proof that the system sized itself for your balance.

The system has to stay online to manage what it opened. A laptop that sleeps, loses wifi or shuts down at night will miss exits — and a missed exit is the one thing that turns a normal trade into a bad one.

VPS recommended
A small Windows VPS is plenty — the system uses almost no resources. Many brokers give one free above a certain balance: ask yours before you pay for one.
Your own PC
Works if it stays on and awake Monday to Friday. Turn off sleep, hibernation and automatic restarts for updates.
Phone
The MT5 phone app cannot run an Expert Advisor. It is for watching only.
Setting up a VPS
Take a small Windows VPS
2 GB of RAM is enough for one or two terminals. Pick a location near your broker's servers if the provider lets you choose — London or New York covers most brokers.
Install MetaTrader 5 on it
Download it from your broker's site, inside the VPS, and log into your account there.
Redo the WebRequest step
The address list belongs to the MetaTrader installation. On a fresh VPS it is empty, so add https://frequenceeai.com again — step 4 of the install.
Install Frequencee and paste the same key
Same account number, same server, so your existing key still fits. Nothing to release, nothing to regenerate.

After a VPS restart MetaTrader reopens your charts and the system picks up its own positions again. Check two things: the lots on the panel match your balance, and the calibration block is back in Toolbox → Experts.
Two terminals, one account
Never run the same account in two MetaTrader terminals at the same time — your PC and the VPS, for instance. Both copies would see the same positions and try to manage them, and the platform will also disconnect one of them at random. Pick one machine and stay on it.
Everything the system is doing is on the chart, in ten lines. This is the one screen worth looking at once a day.

How loaded the basket is (0 to 10) and the risk state: green, yellow, orange, red. Green is idle-to-normal; red means it is unwinding.
SESSION
What the day actually banked — profit and loss of the trades this bot closed today. It does not move with open positions.
FLOATING
What the open positions are worth right now. This one moves every tick and means nothing until they close.
CAPITAL
Your account balance, as the platform reports it.
NET VALUE
Balance plus floating — your equity.
RISK USED
How much of its own allowance the basket is using, against the ceiling where it protects the account.

Every status, in plain words

Trading is not allowed right now — outside sessions, market closed, or Algo Trading is off.
Unlicensed
The licence check failed. Almost always the WebRequest address — see the licence case.

What to look at once a day: the status is not Unlicensed, SESSION is what you expect, and the lots on the second line still match your balance. Everything else is the system's job.
What not to do
Do not close positions by hand while a basket is open: the system planned its exit as a group, and closing one leg leaves the rest without its counterpart. Do not change inputs on a running chart either — remove it, change, drop it again, when nothing is open.
The defaults are the tested model. Three settings are worth knowing about anyway — and gold is a chart, not a setting.

Everything else is calibrated together. Lot sizes, recovery distances, basket targets and the risk states were tested as one set. Changing one by hand does not make it safer — it makes it something we have never tested.

Gold is a second chart on the same account, not a second setting.

Below that, gold stays idle by design.

Under $5,000 the panel shows Idle and the line minimum $5,000 for gold. Nothing is broken — it starts by itself the day your balance reaches it.
Several accounts, several keys
Core covers 5 MT5 accounts, Elite 10 — one key per account number. The accounts are independent: a different broker, a demo, a prop account. Ask Sunny for a key per account, and if you run out, extra keys are sold in packs on the keys page.
Engine updates are included for life. Both operations take two minutes, and both have one rule: nothing open while you do it.
Updating to a new version
Wait until nothing is open
Both LONG and SHORT show none on the panel.
Remove it from the chart
Right-click the chart → Expert Advisors → Remove.
Replace the file
Put the new .ex5 in MQL5 → Experts, over the old one, and refresh the Navigator.
Drop it again
Tick Allow Algo Trading, paste the same licence key, press OK. Your key and the WebRequest address never change with a new version.

Never swap the file while a basket is open. The new instance starts with no memory of what the old one planned, and you would be left with positions nobody is managing.
Changing broker or account
A key is tied to one account number on one server. If you change either, ask Sunny to release the old key and generate a new one — it is free and it does not consume one of your keys. Do it while nothing is open, then install as usual on the new account.
What the bot reports to us
When it checks its licence, the bot also sends its version, the balance, the equity, the day's and the month's result and how many positions are open. We use it for one thing: knowing whether the bots our clients run are alive and healthy, so we can warn you before you notice. It never sends your name, your password, your trades or anything that would let anyone act on your account — and the check itself is what proves your licence is valid.
Ten cases, in the order they actually happen. Nine of them are a setting, not a fault.
It does not trade
The panel shows a licence message and nothing happens
Almost always the WebRequest address. Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors and check that https://frequenceeai.com is in the list, spelled exactly like that: with https://, no slash at the end, no space. Then remove the system from the chart and drop it again — the check runs at start-up.
If the address is right, check the key itself: 22 characters, no dashes, no trailing space, and generated for this account number and this server. The journal line tells you what it saw: FRQ | LICENSE … in Toolbox → Experts. Send that line to Sunny and he will tell you which of the two it is.
It says netting account and stops
Your account cannot hold a buy and a sell at the same time, which is what the system does. Ask your broker to open a hedging account — free, minutes, same money. Then generate a key for that new account number.
The panel shows Idle and never trades
Idle means trading is not allowed right now. In order: is the Algo Trading button green in the toolbar? Is Allow Algo Trading ticked on the chart (the smiley face at the top right)? Is the market open — it does not trade weekends? And on gold, is your balance at least $5,000?
The panel does not appear at all
The system is not attached: the top right of the chart shows no face. Check the Navigator shows Frequencee (step 3), then drag it onto the chart again. If MetaTrader refuses, open Toolbox → Experts — the reason is written there in plain English.
It trades, but not the way I expected
The lots on the panel do not match my balance
The system calibrates when it loads, and re-allocates when the balance changes. If you deposited after it started, remove it from the chart and drop it again while nothing is open — the calibration block in Toolbox → Experts will show the new bracket.
If you set Allocation base ($) to something other than 0, it allocates on that number and ignores your real balance. That is the setting to check first.
I see "invalid volume" or "no money" in the journal
Your broker's minimum lot is bigger than what the system wants to trade for this balance, or the free margin is too small. Both point the same way: the account is under-funded for that symbol. EUR/USD wants $250 and breathes at $1,000; gold needs $5,000.
It opened a buy and a sell at the same time — is that a bug?
No, that is the method. The system works both sides and manages them as one basket, which is exactly why it needs a hedging account. The panel's LONG and SHORT lines show what each side holds and the target that closes it.
It stopped trading in the middle of the day
Look at the status. Day done: the daily target is reached, it resumes tomorrow. Day closed: the daily lock stopped it after a loss, it resumes tomorrow. News hold: it is standing aside around an event, minutes. Protected or Unwinding: it is reducing risk — leave it alone, it is doing its job.
Setup questions
Can I run it on two accounts?
Yes — one key per account. Core covers 5 accounts, Elite 10. Two accounts means two terminals or two logins, each with its own key, and each account sized on its own balance.
Can I run it next to another robot?
On a different chart, technically yes. On the same account, we advise against it: the other robot's positions change the equity and the margin the system reads, and its own risk maths stops describing reality. If you do it anyway, give Frequencee its own account.
My VPS restarted — what should I check?
MetaTrader reopens the charts and the system picks up its positions again. Check the panel shows the right lots, and that the calibration block is back in Toolbox → Experts. If the status is Unlicensed, the WebRequest list was reset — add the address again.

No. You need an MT5 account, a balance, and the ten minutes the install takes. The system decides when to enter, how much, and when to close.
Which broker should I use?
Any broker with MT5 and a hedging account. Tight spreads on EUR/USD help, as they help any strategy. We do not take a commission from any broker, so we have nothing to sell you there.
Can I run it on a prop firm account?
Technically yes, and people do. Read your firm's rules first: many forbid grid or recovery methods, and most have a daily loss limit. Set Allocation base ($) to the size you are allowed to risk on, and keep the daily lock on.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, lifetime licence, engine updates included, no profit share. Extra keys are optional and sold separately.
What results should I expect?
Past results do not predict future ones, drawdown is part of how this method works, and you should never fund it with money you cannot afford to lose.
Once it is running
How many accounts can I use?
Core: 5. Elite: 10. One key per MT5 account number; releasing a key to move it to another account is free.
What if my internet or my VPS goes down?
Open positions stay with your broker — nothing is cancelled. But nobody is managing them while the terminal is off, so exits are missed. That is the whole argument for a VPS.
Can I stop it whenever I want?
Yes. Ideally when nothing is open: wait for LONG and SHORT to show none, then remove it from the chart. You can also turn Algo Trading off, which stops new entries but also stops it managing what is open — so it is not a safe way to leave it for days.
Do I pay again for updates?
No. New engine versions come through Sunny at no cost, for life.
Can I see my results from my phone?
Yes — the MT5 mobile app shows the account, the positions and the history. It cannot run the system, but it is perfect for looking.
Can I change the settings?
You can, but the defaults are the tested set and they work together. The three that are safe to touch are described in Settings & gold.
