Questions
What is one license key?
One key runs the bot on one MT5 account and server. Core includes 5 keys, Elite includes 10.
Do the extra keys expire?
No. Like your license, pack keys are yours for life. One-time payment, no subscription.
Can I use Core keys for Elite?
No. A pack is added to the bot it was bought for. Core keys only run Frequencee Core, Elite keys only run Frequencee Elite.
Can I move a key to another account?
Keys are locked to the account and server they were created for. If you change broker or account, contact us through Sunny and our team will review it.
I paid with a different email
No problem. Message Sunny on Telegram and our team will add the keys to your license by hand.
